The Shutdown Coordinator will be responsible for overall planning of the Shutdowns and ensuring Supervisors are advised of work schedules applicable to their scope of work. The Shutdown Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day decision making in relation to workforce issues and resolution of questions, queries and grievances raised by the team and managing daily site activities are completed safely and on time. You will be responsible for ensuring the Shutdown is executed and the deliverables are met in line with the agreed contract requirements.

Operations Manager

Education & Experience

Must have experience working in the Crane Industry and hold a HRWL CO ticket.
High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Strong decision-making capabilities.
Work as part of a team.
Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner.
Acts as the single point of contact between Mammoet and the client.
Monitors and controls Shutdown schedule.
Ensures Shutdown invoicing is timely, accurate and in accordance with contract invoicing guidelines.
