SHE_Q Advisor - Sudbury

• Overall responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Mammoet Canada SHE-Q management system for all Eastern Canada Operations
• Conduct regular site inspections and develop corrective actions
• Support and assist in risk assessments and job hazard analysis
• Lead and support in incident investigations and keep the SHE-Q Management System up to date
• Assist Team Leader with health and safety related matters
• Cultivate, support and promote Health and Safety initiatives
• Support Mammoet’s Health and Safety strategies, programs and procedures
• Train workers as required, i.e. (WHMIS, Fall Protection, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
• Support and backup the SHE-Q Team Leader for all WSIB related incidents
• In conjunction with site Supervisor, ensure that all parties submit required documents

SHE Q Manager for Mammoet Canada Eastern

• Experience in an intermediate Health and Safety role
• Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits
• Experience in conducting incident, accident and near miss investigations
• Experience in developing and delivering safety training
• A solid understanding and interpretation of various health and safety legislations, policies and procedures
• Good initiative, attention to details
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Post-secondary completion of a health and safety program
• Minimum 3-5 years of related job experience
