Project Manager


Job description

You will be based in our Scandinavian Head Office located in Brande.

You must possess a high degree of flexibility and mobility since your onsite presence will be required during project execution from time to time. Our organization is currently undergoing exciting changes, and this is your opportunity to join us on our journey towards future excellence.

Purpose of the job

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of a project (contract management, project preparation, planning and controlling)
  • Ensure operation executions are fully in line with agreed contract, internal standards, procedures, systems and local legislation
  • Manage, motivate and support field and office staff
  • Report and prepare ad-hoc analyses in accordance with applicable internal reporting requirements
  • Prepare client reports and maintain close communication lines with client
  • Develop, maintain and/or improve internal project management procedures and processes

Education & Experience

Our expectations:

  • Previous experience of managing complex projects, preferably from the transport industry
  • You are result-driven and focused on meeting customer expectations
  • You have a sound commercial understanding and a structured approach to your tasks
  • You work well in a team but you are not afraid to “put on the gloves” and do the hard work yourself
  • You are good at relating, networking and communicating with people
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
