Mammoet is currently looking for a dynamic and results driven individual to join our Project Management team in our Guelph office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for small details, and the ability to provide our clients with the quality service expected from Mammoet. As a Project Coordinator, you will need to be motivated, curious, organized, determined and above all else, a team player. What is a Mammoet Project Coordinator?

  • You’ll work closely with our Project Managers to deliver excellent service while guiding some of the world’s most complex and demanding transport and heavy lift projects through their life cycle.
  • You’ll directly work with our project, engineering and operations teams to develop creative solutions to complex project and logistical challenges.
  • You’ll work with our sales and accounts team to coordinate accounts and invoicing for our clients, some of the world’s largest companies.
  • You’ll support communications with our clients to keep them informed about the progress of their projects, its schedule and any challenges the project may be facing
  • You’ll coordinate project kick-off meetings, ensuring the project team is fully up to speed on project deliverables, schedules, and responsibilities.
  • You’ll participate and support your project teams and clients to address the challenges inherent in the projects that we manage.

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary education, Technical Diploma or Business or Technical Degree.
  • Project Management subjects and courses are an asset.
  • Intermediate computer skills: MS Project, MS Office (Excel).
  • Valid Driver’s License

About our region

This is a full-time permanent position operating out of our Guelph Head Office. Periodic travel and site work will be required.
