Project administration : Ensure that administration for the project and/or department is carried out in compliance with Mammoet standards and in accordance with contractual agreements for the project.

Invoicing : Carry out invoicing in SAP; ensure that invoices are in line with the information provided.

Project queries : Support the Project Managers in line with project agreements, contracts and internal procedures.

Documentation : Document and coordinate relevant data in the required systems.

Process and system improvement : Participate in project or department-based activities; contribute to continuous improvement.

Operations :Ensure resources are managed and utilised in the most effective manner.

SHEQ :Ensure and encourage compliance with SHEQ standards and procedures by the site teams.

Purpose of the job

Your main responsibility initially will be to provide administrative support to the Project Managers for the organization of all project / department related activities ensuring quality and adhering to the timelines and guidelines set and required by Mammoet standards.
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this is a full-time, permanent position to be based at Hixon. Flexibility will be required on evenings/weekends. Travel may also be required throughout the UK.

This position is a development role, working towards becoming a Junior Project Manager. The Company will support further academic qualifications. Full training and mentorship will also be provided.

Education & Experience

·Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

·Proficient in MS Office.

·Willingness to travel.

·Willingness to work evenings/weekends as and when required.

·Valid UK driving licence.

Desirable:

·Relevant qualifications in Construction / Engineering.

·Experience working in a similar role.
