Buts
Responsables de la coordination et de l'affectation du personnel et de l'équipement de la succursale afin d'assurer une utilisation optimale de la main-d'œuvre et de l'équipement, conformément aux règles des conventions collectives et des procédures de Mammoet.

Coordonner et planifier, en temps opportun, le personnel et l'équipement aux affectations de travail afin d’assurer l'achèvement de tous les travaux conformément aux procédures en place.
Opérations

Activités clés

  • Mener toutes les affaires d'une manière professionnelle et respectueuse
  • Assurer la liaison entre les clients, les opérateurs et les opérations
  • Traiter les commandes de grues et saisir les commandes dans SAP
  • Mettre à jour toutes les données de planification déjà entrées dans SAP
  • Organiser les assignations de travail pour les grues et le personnel
  • Préparer les rapports de répartition quotidiens
  • Préparer les trajets et les instructions de travail nécessaires aux assignations de travail
  • S'assurer que tous les documents nécessaires soient complétés pour tous les EA
  • Se tenir au courant des changements dans les conditions météorologiques pouvant affecter les grutiers et suspendre les activités si nécessaire
  • Maintenir un registre de tous les mouvements d’équipements et de personnel
  • S'assurer que les nouvelles recrues soient correctement informées, et ce en accord avec les procédures d'exploitation actuelles
  • Surveiller toutes les activités des grues et s'assurer que les règlements, politiques et directives en place soient respectés
  • Surveiller et tenir à jour le registre du PEVL des conducteurs et s'assurer de leur conformité
  • Être disponible sur appel 24 heures par jour à toutes les deux semaines

Goals Responsible for coordinating and assigning branch personnel and equipment to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment while in accordance with Union Contracts and Mammoet Policies and Procedures.

To coordinate and delegate all personnel and equipment to work assignments in a timely manner ensuring completion of all jobs in accordance with Union Agreement and Mammoet policies and procedures.

Operations

  • Conduct all business in a professional and respectful manner
  • Liaison between customers, operators and operations
  • Processes crane requests and enters orders into SAP
  • Maintains all associated planning data in the SAP system
  • Schedules assignments for the cranes, operators and crews
  • Prepares daily dispatch reports
  • Provide correct maps and directions to crews as required
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed for all AE
  • Maintains awareness of changing weather conditions affecting Crane Operators and suspends activities if necessary
  • Monitors and maintains a log of all crane movements and personnel
  • Ensures new hires are properly briefed on current operation procedures
  • Monitors all crane activities and ensures related regulations, policies and procedural guidelines are followed
  • Monitor and maintain log of CVOR drivers and ensure compliance with all MTO Regulations
  • This position requires to be on call 24 hours a day every second week

Education & Experience

Exigences de l'emploi

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires complété
  • Un minimum de trois (3) années d'expérience
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, écrit et parlé

Job requirements

  • Completed High School diploma
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience

About our region

This will be a full-time position operating within the Montreal and surrounding area. The ability to provide suitable home office space is required. Occasional travel will be required.
