Sales Support:

Provide support to the sales team handling incoming post and telephone calls, act as helpdesk for internal and external customers and liaise with departments on irregularities. Prepare presentations for customer visits, meetings or business development.

Sales Improvement:

Signal sales opportunities for follow up by sales team and signal opportunities for process and modeling improvements and contribute to their follow up.

Sales Analyzing

Gather, compile and structure information on different customer types and categories. Clear insights in customers and their requirements and concise input for decision making process at Management level. Support with marketing analyses and assist in market research process.

Sales Workflow Management:

Continuously monitor and follow up on sale leads with existing and new customers executing relevant sales support activities.

Administration & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance and progress on all sales, application and contract processes and report on a periodical or ad hoc basis. Coordinate, execute, maintain and or improve department administrative activities and systems in line with internal requirements.

Purpose of the job

The right person for this position will be responsible for organizing, implementing and executing administrative data collection, registration, processing and reporting activities. Furthermore, he/she will be in line with applicable guidelines and procedure in order to record financial, operational and or other data in an accurate and accessible manner.

  • Able to work fully independently on all result areas according to instructions and procedures.
  • Emphasis on collecting, processing and checking data and archiving data, basic knowledge of business process and relevant sub-systems. Accuracy and attention to details is essential.
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast pace environment.

Education & Experience

  • Post Secondary Education or Equivalent knowledge.
  • English, proficient verbal and written
