In the position of Manager Finance Scandinavia, you will manage and professionalize the Scandinavian finance team and have full responsibility for managing and the planning and control.
Your team is responsible for all finance elements, from Accounts payable, accounting, to financial reporting. Project controlling is an important element of your skills pallet. The finance team consists of 5 people.
You will be part of the management team of Scandinavia and work together with management to optimize the financial results.
As the organizational structure of this sub-region has recently changed, it is very important that the Manager Finance is able to build the new financial structure in line with the organizational structure.
Your main location will be in Brande. On a regular basis you will visit our offices in the rest of Scandinavia and the headquarter in the Netherlands.

Reports to

You will report directly to Michael Hansen, Managing Director Scandinavia, You will have a functional reporting line to the Director Finance EU/R and work in close cooperation with the regional finance department in the Netherlands.

Education & Experience

You are working independently and manage to keep focus on quality, responsibility and deadlines in a busy working environment. You have the competences to develop and improve processes and tasks in relation to the applicable legislation.

What we expect from you:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within a role as a Manager Finance or similar in an international company.
 -People management experience.
 -Extensive experience in managing the planning and control cycle and preparing management reporting
 -A solid experience within financial and tax-related reporting.
 -Experience in project controlling and reporting
 -Ability to be responsibly and quality conscious.
 -Good at making decisions and capable of getting things on the right track.
 -Talk, write and read English fluently.
 -It’s an advantage, but not a requirement if you can communicate on other Scandinavian languages.
 -Experience with SAP is an advantage.
