Are you a hands-on IT Manager with detailed SAP knowledge? Mammoet is looking for an IT expert, who will be responsible for the APAC region operating out of Singapore.

Responsible for maintaining and developing the day to day ICT operation in the APAC region and managing a small regional team . Finding the right balance between local business and global ICT requirements in order to contribute to ICT & business goals. Broad range of activities, in almost all areas of IT. Servicing multiple locations in the APAC region, job includes frequent traveling.

Purpose of the job

Manage a team of IT Support Specialists

  • Lead and Develop team, shared responsibility for recruitment, training and development
  • Perform appraisal interviews
  • Coach agent, identify strengths and development opportunities
  • Transfer knowledge
  • Monitor quality of work
  • Inform higher management

ICT Support

  • Provide support, service and solutions to the business according to service level agreement (SLA)
  • Execute Changes
  • Maintain KPI's

Reporting

  • Prepare, compose, and analyze critical monthly management information on key performance indicators
  • Report on KPI
  • Report on supply chain partner
  • Trend analysis

Administration

  • Coordinate, execute, maintain and or improve administrative activities and systems, in line with internal requirements
  • Define yearly budget and manage the budget
  • Document and coordinate data on customers requirements
  • Record regular data in the (sub) system(s) such as Topdesk
  • Time registration

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant IT experience in an international service/production industry or environment.
