The main focus for E&C is on the design, development, implementation, monitoring and review of a risk-based compliance program. Topics currently in scope of the program are Code of Conduct, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Trade sanctions and Export controls, Competition Law, Third Party Due Diligence, Privacy and Speak Up (whistleblowing line).

The position is based at Mammoet’s global head office in Utrecht, but you will be travelling internationally.
Group Ethics & Compliance Director
You will work together with the Group Ethics & Compliance Director to advance Mammoet’s global E&C program. Your focus will be on the practical implementation of E&C policies and compliance operations, including risk assessment, monitoring and reporting. E&C communication and training is also an important part of the function.

This role is part of the Mammoet Holding, where you will be working with approximately 60 highly motivated professionals in supporting our Regions. Next to the regular staff functions like legal, finance etc. there are also other global functions located in the Holding Office. In the Holding you will be working side by side with the global teams like Innovation and Global Project Support. Our collective aim is to strenghten our position as market leader and to continue to grow our global impact.
