Crane Technician


Job description

The Crane Technician will be required maintain and service all cranes and equipment in our Fleet. The position requires the Crane Technician to have sound knowledge in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and be able and willing to work as part of a team.

Equipment Manager APAC

Purpose of the job

Maintain and service all cranes and equipment in our Fleet.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within a mining / oil and gas / civil / construction / heavy haulage industry.
• Sound knowledge and experience working with both Mobile and Crawler Cranes.
• Ability to read and work with electronic and hydraulic schematics
• Experience servicing/fault finding on mobile cranes and lifting equipment
• Possess nationally recognised Mechanical Trades Certificate or Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical)
• Working at Heights, OHS construction induction card and current valid Australian HR class driver’s license.
