Branch Administrator - Kitimat

Job description

Takes direction from project controller, operations manager and branch manager.

· Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner

· Attend to the switchboard, answering all incoming phone calls

· Receive and enter time sheets into SAP for payroll.

· Greet, direct, and announce visitors upon arrival to the office

· Package, post, and record outgoing mail

· Receive, stamp and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis

· Receive, record and distribute incoming fax documents

· Payroll & Unionized knowledge, considered an asset

· Create reports when necessary

· Create any inter-company invoices

· Invoice Creation

· Purchasing Order process

· Record any meeting minutes as requested by the department

· Ordering office supplies, receiving, distributing and tracking office supply inventory

· Filing all necessary documents

· Creation of Purchase Orders and Good Receipts in SAP

· Supply/create SAP reports as needed

Education & Experience

  • Completed High School diploma
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills specifically with MS Office products
  • 2-3 years office experience
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Previous knowledge and experience working with unionized environments is an asset
  • Experience in working fast paced environment, multitasking

About our region

This will be a full-time position operating out of our Kitimat, BC Branch.
